About the Position:
Are you looking for an opportunity to make a positive difference for an entire workforce? The Division of Human Resources (DHR), is seeking a talented individual to join the Office of Talent Management and help lead the Department’s Career Development, Upward Mobility Program, and Workforce Planning, Succession Management Initiatives! This role encompasses career counseling, career development training and presentations, managing program compliance, and collecting and analyzing data to develop workforce planning and succession management in line with governmental regulations.
